The most important part of a good restaurant is the part you cannot see - the Kitchen;  in our kitchen, our top Italian Chef is king.  From our kitchen flows a variety of food both English and Italian with the daily menu varied dependant on what is available fresh.  Frozen reheated ready meals are NOT his speciality so expect to sometimes wait the extra minutes while your order is being freshly and individually prepared (for example, if you order a steak, the meat is not only freshly cooked, it is freshly cut) - but you will find that is has been worth the wait.

It is yours for the evening. Once you sit down, you can do so relaxed in the knowledge that there is no one waiting for you to move from your table - so, relax, take your time, enjoy! How often do you find that?

Oh, the Restaurant?  Well, there are two or three rooms giving lots of interesting and intimate corners - a 100 seats in total, so plenty of room for you and your friends - tables, chairs, waiters, waitresses - the sort of things you would expect - maybe the huge crystal chandelier is not what you would find in a lot of restaurants but it is, after all, an Italian restaurant and hotel.

A short while ago, I was talking with a group of 3 Italians who were having dinner in the restaurant - they were enjoying themselves and said it was just like eating in Italy - which is exactly what Nat is hoping to achieve in this Hotel and restaurant.  No, in truth, that is a while ago now BUT some friends of mine and I met up at the Muckley Corner Hotel a short while ago and enjoyed an excellent meal and couple of bottles of wine; I also tried the Steak and mushroom and onion baguette one lunchtime and, I tell you, it was good - in fact, it was GOOD.  Who am I? The guy who does the website!

Plenty of free parking, some at the front and some at the back.  Parking at the back accessed by going a very short way down the A5 Eastbound past the hotel and turning into the back of our premises.
